Connect Discogs and eBay. No tokens to paste.
Instica reads the listings already sitting in your Discogs, eBay, and Shopify accounts, matches shared pressings into one inventory record, and flags duplicates rather than silently merging them.
For record & vinyl sellers
List the same pressing on Discogs, eBay, and Shopify from a single record — graded once, priced per channel. When eBay or Discogs reports the sale, it comes down everywhere else. No second tab, no spreadsheet, no copy shipped twice.
No card. Then keep Free with 25 active eBay listings — add Discogs and Shopify on a paid plan.
How it runs
Three steps replace the spreadsheet, the second browser tab, and the "did I already sell that?" pause before you ship.
Instica reads the listings already sitting in your Discogs, eBay, and Shopify accounts, matches shared pressings into one inventory record, and flags duplicates rather than silently merging them.
When a buyer checks out, stock decrements and the matching listings come down on your other connected channels — so the same copy never goes out twice and you never write the apology email.
Shoot the record where you found it and Instica drafts the title, condition, and description from the photo. Match the release against the Discogs catalog by barcode, artist, or title, set the grade, then review and publish.
Why we built this
We built Instica because a record sold twice in one weekend. The apology email at 11pm was the last one we’d send.
Instica founders
Built for the format
Pressing, matrix, and condition are what a buyer is actually paying for. They live on the item record itself — not buried in a description field you retype for every channel.

Common questions
Clear terms, a permanent Free fallback, and your inventory stays exportable.
Yes. One item record carries the pressing details, condition grade, cost basis, and a separate price per channel, then publishes to Discogs, eBay, and Shopify. Discogs and Shopify are available on a paid plan; the permanent Free plan covers eBay.
Across production telemetry over the last 90 days, median sync time is 9.4 seconds and p95 is 18 seconds. That clock starts when Instica learns of the sale — an eBay notification, or a Discogs order picked up by the next sync pass — and covers updating the other channels; actual timing varies by marketplace and connection conditions.
Yes — Mint, Near Mint, VG+ and the rest of the standard Discogs scale, graded separately for media and sleeve, with room for your own condition notes. Catalog matching searches the Discogs catalog by barcode, artist, or title so the release is matched precisely rather than typed by hand.
Yes. Fee structures differ between Discogs, eBay, and Shopify, so each listing carries its own price while sharing one inventory record and one cost basis. Margin is calculated per sale against that cost basis.

A record already exists in a database as one specific pressing, which makes matching it correctly more important than describing it well. These guides follow a record from the catalogue entry to the postage that decides its margin.

Matrix numbers, labels and pressing fields — the data that makes a listing findable.
How collectors search for a pressing, which is rarely how sellers title one.
Most crates arrive as somebody else’s collection. Buying one well.
